I have a vast amount of experience with ULX and understand it to be able to help people and write guidelines if needed to be able to assist staff and make them use the write command in a sit or anything they may need to handle and be strict on staff as we want the best and only the best and by being strict being able to achieve this by not being light on the tiers/demotions if they step out of line making the server not look good and making sure as well that they show it in their application as it is the first thing we get from who they are and if he can present himself well. Whilst I do not have a mic which is a down (but if we have meetings on discord can go on my mobile where I can use my voice)I can type fast in game with good spelling to make the staff look good which is another part and so it doesn’t seem like the staff do not know how to spell. No matter what rank I am or what powers I have I will never abuse my rank and will never be this type of staff and if I ever did go through the ranks would be massively strict on any little thing they do wrong. I feel that as well I can come up with great ideas to the server to make it the best and put in useful inputs in RP to do and really enforce the RP when the server starts so there is a limit of minges running around ruining the RP experience for others. I feel as well I do well under pressure if a big/stressful thing is happening and deal with this in a carm matter and sort it as soon as possible so it does not grow to something much bigger than it already was and so people can carry on from whatever they were doing. I would as well try to make every single staff meeting there is and arise any topics which are necessary to talk about at the time of the meeting so they can stop straight away and so that we can show of the people who have done well in the staff team and who are eligible for promotion for their great work on the server but not promoting too fast as well so people don’t go straight from tmod to admin in a week(seen this before on community’s and triggers me).As well as being active on the server I will constantly like it says on the requirements be on the discord whilst on the server talking to people and if any has questions and as well be active on the forums responding to peoples posts and responding to people who are interested in joining the staff team and have made a application Why do you wish to join the staff team? [/b][i](Detailed paragraph, minimum 125 words)[/i][b]*[/b] [b]>>[/b]I want to join your staff team as I feel I can really help the server to grow in its early stages and grow a strong player base with as well giving quality events(If no event managers/planners)as this is a key part of the server which users really enjoy and want to see them done well and follow lore if possible to do so and if event planners are added organize them well and assist them with my experience with helping them and as well making sure they know what to do and to make sure that mid event nobody knows what’s going on and the event turns to shit(Hense why I would say to have a room in discord for events so they can communicate better with each other and know what is happening and where Jedi and sith are going and try in RP to change it if going wrong) as in events communication is key so it does not all go wrong as well events can be the up or down to a server if they are done right or wrong and can grow player base if you are able to produce the best events possible. As well I will try to put in as much passive RP as possible when it is boring with no training events or attacks so the player base does not start to drop because they are getting bored from not much happening which will after awhile drop player base and kill the server. As well I feel that I can bring in new systems to the staff team and the server itself so that it can improve with the suggestions made and give my opinion on them for other people who have put ideas on the server and work close with the founders/owners to be able to explain my ideas and to be able to report at the start of the server any issues there may be to the server bugs/glitches so they can restart before a strong amount of players come on to the server interrupting there RP.I feel that being on the discord and forums is another very important thing as well as being on the server as this shows there is activity all across the community and always somewhere people can talk together rather than the server or answer questions as well to advertise big events when they happen on the steam group as well so it is not a small E;G 8 player event and can’t make the most out of it.I feel I have a vast knowledge of ULX and help myself expand in my knowledge if there is anything new to learn and be able to help new staff to the server if they are stuck on a command during a sit or are just unsure when they type a command what it does(Most commands are general knowledge xd)but this makes sure that if they were in a sit situation that they know the exact command to use and don’t by accident kick someone from the server or ban them self.
